I am not related to Bouldins, but I have relatives who are—-so I have a little about them in my tree. Much of my information is undocumented, so if this line is important to you, you will want to find the original sources.

William Old Bouldin was not among the earliest settlers of Fayette County, but he and his wife were part of the community for many years and are buried at Kesler Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
William Old Bouldin Home in the Lookout Area
Their home at one time belonged to a Boone (probably David) and was originally part of a mining operation.

This is how the History of Fayette County, West Virginia (at FamilySearch.org) describes this property (see below) and the community of Lookout, as of 1926. (If by chance, you know this is not the same property as above, please help me get it right.)
