It’s possible you can find something helpful in the records of the Sons of the American Revolution. Most of these volumes do have some genealogical information and an index. It appears that Sons of the Revolution and Sons of the American Revolution were at some point separate organizations but then combined. I have not listed all of the books/booklets available from the SAR, so if you find them helpful or potentially helpful, look for more of these types of publications. These are the related publications listed in the card catalog at Ancestry.
If you are a member of this organization, we would welcome hearing your tips or advice.
I did not include direct links so you will have to look up these titles in the Card Catalog on Ancestry.
